Who We are NOT

We are not a "TV advertising personal injury mill".

We are not a big box law firm that will hand your case off to a paralegal or an inexperienced attorney.

We will not settle your case quickly just to maximize our profit, at your expense.

We are not a law firm that represents any injured person, no matter how slight their injury. We don't need to accept every case that comes our way. We don't want to.

We are not a law firm that tries to take a minor injury and somehow turn it into a windfall for you. We are not a law firm interested in turning the court system into a lottery. That type of law firm (and client) is, in our opinion, a pox on the system which devalues the cases of those people who have had their lives permanently and significantly altered by injuries caused by the wrongs of others.

We are not a law firm that will put the minimum time and effort into your case to maximize our profit, at your expense.

We are not a law firm that is afraid to take your case to trial and fight it out in court. On the contrary, we think taking the right cases to trial is a critical step on the road to justice for many of our clients (and also happens to be very satisfying from our perspective.)
