Scott Cannon

Scott CannonScott is a baseball coach, soccer coach, avid skier and snowboarder,  not-so-good golfer, grateful husband and lucky father of three boys.  Scott has been practicing law for over seventeen years.  He is a graduate of the University of Buffalo and Albany Law School.  After he graduated from law school, he went into business with his dad, Jim Cannon, an attorney who practiced law in Livingston County for more than forty years.

Scott has written two books to help people understand  the pitfalls of pursuing a personal injury case ("An Insider's Guide toAvoiding Mistakes That Can Ruin Your Injury Case- What Every Injured Person Should Know Before Hiring A Lawyer")  and the importance of having the right insurance coverage ("The Insider's Guide to Buying Car Insurance-  The Ultimate Guide to Protecting Your Family From Irresponsible Driver's In New York")

Since his dad's retirement, he has been continuing to help working families in western New York recover from traumatic accidents.  While he practiced in a number of different areas of law over the years, he decided that he was going to devote his practice to representing people who were seriously injured in accidents through no fault of their own.

Over the years, he has helped his clients recover millions of dollars for their injuries. He was able to do this in large measure through his friendship with attorney Joe Moran.

Joe Moran

Joe MoranJoe Moran grew up in Avon, Livingston County. Joe became one of the most successful and highly regarded personal injury attorneys in western New York. Joe has secured verdicts and settlements of one million dollars or more on more than sixty cases. His trial skills are superb. Joe sold his law firm, Moran & Kufta, in 2006. He has since decided to work exclusively with Scott out of his Geneseo, New York office.

Together, Scott and Joe offer unparalleled experience, knowledge and a caring commitment to their clients that is second to none.
