Discusses Books He Has Written Designed to Help Protect New Yorkers From Drunk Drivers

On June 20th, I launched my very first radio show on WYSL 1040, “Cannon’s Law-Opening Fire”. A friend who is on my newsletter mailing list told me several months ago that he thought the content of my newsletter interesting, and that I might try presenting it in a radio format in Livingston and Monroe Counties. I thought it over for a while, and then thought “Why not give it a try?”

In the Rochester and Genesee Valley listening areas, you can catch the show Saturday mornings at 8:00a.m. to 9a.m. on 1040AM, and then a replay the following Friday from 6:30p.m. until 7:30p.m. Or, if you like, you can check it out anytime via podcast on the WYSL website at www.WYSL1040.com. I welcome your phone calls or comments during the show.

I have also just launched my new website, www.cannonlaw.net. It has a bunch of interesting information on it (I hope), along with video of Joe Moran and me. Yeah, I know I look kind of goofy in the video but as they say, you can’t make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear. And in any event, I am not going to be in the movies anytime soon, so the video serves its purpose of conveying information about me and my office.

You will also note on my website that I have written two books and offer them for free. I wrote the first book “What Every Injured Person Should Know Before Hiring a Lawyer- An Insider’s Guide to Avoiding Mistakes That Can Ruin Your Injury Case” to help educate folks about personal injury lawsuits and how to avoid devastating mistakes that people who have injury cases often make.

The second book is “The Insider’s Guide to Buying Car Insurance- The Ultimate Guide to Protecting Your Family From Irresponsible Drivers in New York”. Unfortunately, most people do not have the most important auto insurance you can buy in New York, or even know that it exists. I am talking again about SUM insurance, and how you are nuts if you drive without at least several hundred thousand dollars of that coverage.
