Each year, we accept a limited number of cases from the scores of people who ask us to represent them. If we review your case and it passes our strict internal test, your case will receive our personal attention.

We are a small “boutique” law firm in the unique position of being able to pick and choose our clients. Each year, we accept a limited number of cases from the scores of people who ask us to represent them. If we review your case and it passes our strict internal test, your case will receive our personal attention.

Your case will be handled personally by Scott Cannon or Joe Moran. We believe no attorney can competently handle more than twenty five cases at a time. Fewer cases means more time for you, and we believe, better results.

We will never promise to settle your case "quickly" or "without ever going to court". We believe that it is not in a client's best interest to resolve a case without working it up to its true value and potential. That being said however, we will do everything in our power to prosecute your case forward in a prompt and effcient manner. But keep in mind that since it is our job and our duty to maximize the value of your case, the process of doing so takes time.

Similalry, we believe that the best way to maximize the value of your case is to prepare your case, from day one, under the assumption that it will be brought to court and presented to a jury. Of course, not every case goes to trial, but we believe it is always better to prepare to do so, from the start. We believe this is the most effcient way to get you the compensation to which you are entitled.
